    while this is certainly something,, it does nothing to change the prejudice and disrespect for the self represented that exists coming from the court the judges and lawyers generally. here In western Canada there is a rush to have as many oif the self represented as possible declared vexatious, to lower the definition of vexatious, and to use the judicial system to hide evidence refuse to release it, and block block block, acess to justice to those who may not know how to fight this refusal of the courts to follow proper procedure even with the self represented, now do something about that,, and maybe these changes you are talking about will actually matter.
