W.A. Bogart, B.A., LL.B. (University of Toronto), LL.M. (Harvard) is University Professor and Professor of Law, University of Windsor. He is the author of over thirty articles dealing with the role of courts, access to justice, the impact of litigation, and empirical research on legal policy, and has lectured and delivered papers throughout North America and Europe.
Bill is University Professor and Professor of Law, University of Windsor, where he taught for several years, including a course in Access to Justice.
He has developed international knowledge and expertise in the optimal mix of regulation and health/social supports to reduce harm from risk behaviours such as smoking, excessive gambling and alcohol consumption, and poor diet and lack of physical activity related to obesity. He has been a frequent consultant to governments and other bodies in developing legal policy.
