Samantha Hale is a litigator in Toronto, Ontario with a particular focus on complex commercial disputes, shareholder litigation, public law proceedings, and professional liability and regulation. Sam has experience in complex, multi-party litigation and arbitral proceedings, and has acted for a wide range of clients including governments, regulated professionals, public and private companies, and individuals in high-stakes civil matters. Sam also has significant appellate experience, appearing and making submissions at the Divisional Court, the Court of Appeal for Ontario, and the Supreme Court of Canada.
 
Sam graduated as the Gold Medalist and Valedictorian from the University of Windsor Faculty of Law, where she completed a Masters of Social Work concurrently. She also served as a judicial law clerk for Madam Justice Suzanne Côté at the Supreme Court of Canada and the judges of the Divisional Court.
