The Self-Represented Litigant Case Law Database Project began in January of 2017, and is a continuing work-in-progress. Our goal is to track the developing jurisprudence across Canada in cases that relate to and affect the positions of individuals appearing unrepresented. We will be releasing a series of reports on various themes found in the data (see below), and will also eventually release the Database itself as an open-source resource.

The SRL Case Law Database Project is financially supported by the University of Windsor Law School, the Law Foundation of Ontario, and the Foundation for Legal Research. Thanks to all our funders.
