We’re pleased to announce that NSRLP’s directory of National and Provincial Resources for SRLs has been updated and expanded, and is now available on our website! The directory lists over 250 organizations and websites across Canada that may be useful to self-represented litigants, including national organizations and resources, and geographically specific entries, broken down by province. Thanks to the tireless efforts of Research Assistant Megan Campbell, we are now able to say that every province and territory is represented in the directory.
Each entry includes a short explanation of the organization or resource and the services and/or information it provides, as well as any relevant contact information, including clickable web addresses.
The directory includes legal clinics, informational websites, courts, non-profit organizations, libraries, and more, and we recommend it as a useful starting point for SRLs seeking help and information, especially in combination with our National Directory of Professionals Assisting SRLs.
The directory is available to peruse online, or to download as a PDF. Users can click on a province or city in the directory table of contents to be brought directly to resources for that geographic location.
This is an evolving resource, revised and updated by the NSRLP team about once a year, so we encourage user feedback, including the recommendation of new entries – you can reach us at representingyourself@gmail.com.
