    To whom it may concern
I write to you today on behalf of Mr. Pavel Kadlec. Mr Kadlec is currently employed at our A&W as a line cook. He is nearly 70 years old, has difficulty communicating due to his thick Eastern European accent. He is a Canadian Citizen. We can’t continue to employ him but have done so as we do not wish for him to end up on the streets. He doesn’t have any backup will not have any way to make rent payments, let alone have enough for food etc. His mental health is starting to negatively effect our workplace as well as his other physical challenges. (He is in pain and con not fulfill his shifts but needs to to cover expenses)

We have tried several avenues to assist him by completing assistance applications for him but as he is currently working none seem to be able to help or understand the situation.

    Please help?
