    The Crown has this defense
    The Applicant’s information failed to allege ‘a person’ committed an indictable offence because the Attorney General (in its capacity as chief law officer) is not ‘a person’ who can be prosecuted criminally.
    PARLIAMENT OF CANADA & SUPREME COURT SAY NO ONE IS ABOVE THE LAW

    Imagine how much accountability we can expect, if these people actually think they are immune to our Criminal Code.

In my case yes 100% all of them from the police false charges the ones responsible weren’t even in the courthouse it was quite the serrade a kangaroo trial the one in the courthouse lied for two days an experience judge and crown should hand knowed it was because I didn’t give my pension check which I needed to live to a lawyer one of his friend right from the minister of justice who lied in a letter from my MLA I showed the pictures of the judge to the judge of what was really going on and to the crown also just the stress they put me true no excuses also the complaint I made to the RCMP complaint board whom was contradicted by there Crimal lawyers you can’t have ten lawyers on one side and none on mine,that what you call a dictatorship no excuses,Larry
