    There is another parameter you might want to consider which is Disability Accommodation of SRL and or the provision of the Accommodation of Persons with Disabilities or generally not accommodating. I would be interested in sharing my experiences as a SRL. Though a dismal tale it is thought provoking raising Charter sec. 15.1 concerns of policy overriding charter rights and processes. Accommodation of a transcript being provided up to three months after the trial was over. I argue that persons who are unable to represent themselves adequately in the courts must be provided a lawyer as an accommodation with the state picking up the tab.
