    I repeat,,, there needs to be a fully funded court system. our government has a charter obligation to ensure access to justice., there is no access now without a ton of money, even if you get to the courts,,due to a complete lack of rules for the court to be obligated to follow, there is no justice and you will be left with the feeling that the judges and lawyers and court staff lie to you, dismiss you, do whatever crosses their minds to do, without regard for the “law” so it is a really good shell game on the corner. truly a disgrace
