Legal Aid Ontario has increased its services and it says the changes will mean more people will have greater access to free legal help – but a UWindsor professor isn’t sure the changes go far enough.

Legal Aid is primarily for women in family law cases and for criminal charges where jail is possible. It is not for the anyone earning over about $18 hour.
