this is correct, however, the one thing that is also a part of the violence experience that is common to attending court is also what slowly develops as a result. a complete contempt for the judicial system every time I hear someone droning on about how the respect of the court could be compromised I don’t know whether to laugh or cry. it is gone boys, it has been gone for so long now, stop looking for it. the public is becoming more then aware of the cowardly dirty abusive behavior we will witness and be victims to, in the judicial centres of Canada. there is a psychopathic need to win, no matter how dirty you have to get, no matter how you hide evidence, lie about evidence, destroy evidence, as long as you win. so, mostly women and children, without representation, are victims over and over. both by the crap we have to go through IN the courts, and then by the cowardly weasel like decisions, coming from the courts. those robes are not for fashion, they are supposed to mean something, now what they mean, is the pile of smelly stuff that exists in the back yard. look at the behavior of the courts in the ivan henry case, it is more then clear, there is no conscience there. and our rights to access to justice? where would we find that. not in the courts now. how about the right to examine evidence that stands against us? I requested that repeatedly for years. the courts refused to allow me the “privilege” of discovery. their own rules of evidence ignored. I was told in court that I probably didn’t even know who my childs father is. this comment was made in open court, by a lawyer in front of a judge. no one objected except me. my breath was absolutely taken away. rudeness is normal, lying is part of the deal, and affidavits that are sworn are regularly just all lies. perjury. no one cares about that either. the consequences of this behavior need to be addressed, and the judges who are regularly a part of this abuse, need to be sued. and removed from the bench
