has anyone ever considered that it might be worth while to sue the courts for violation of the charter rights of the self represented? after all, almost all cases of being declared vexatious are leveled at the self represented. and we all are aware that the courts do not welcome any self represented and so, the charter rights of this group are regularly being violated because they are being frozen out of the justice system itself, by the system.
This is a brilliant idea Sandra. We have our rights !! It’s a matter of designing the interpretation so the judges cannot rule against the charter.
The system works very well for those inside it that are profiting…so they will not back down unless forced.
The defence in my present case are posturing, bullying, bribing, lying…and more I’m sure I don’t know…which is their lead.
I have many good lines if I’m ever called vexatious. I imagine it’s coming 🙂
