I am in bc Supreme Court. Probate.
I need to file a binder tabbed with evidence as referred to in the case brought on by ,filing Form 42
Spousal 7 defeciiencies in will and spousal home
I am seeking transfer of the trailer, the only home i have known for the past 7 years, my common law wife
Executor of will outdated, written 10 years ago is estranged son.
He has tried bullying, threatening and intimidation of physical violence to get me to leave
Hr got default writ of possession because i did not understand phone call and did not have ID# to go in phone call court
They got default judgement then writ of possession
Then bailiffs came, but court ordered stay to feb 8
Stay now over, they want to enforce me move out
Now they say will issue contempt of court arrest because i am still in trailer.
