16 Sep CBC Windsor This Morning – Respecting Self Represented Litigants NSRLP2014-09-16T21:11:33+00:00 By NSRLP NSRLP in the Press 1 Comment CBC’s Tony Doucette interviews Julie and Justice Lloyd Dean http://www.cbc.ca/player/News/Canada/Windsor/Audio/ID/2519944977/ Share this post FacebookTwitterLinkedInGoogle +Email Author NSRLP Comment (1) Evert-Jan Steen That was a perfect interview. The mostly Criminal law duty Judge, the Law Professor, and the CBC Interviewer. All three expressed themselves beautifully; succinct and to the point. Court dismissed :)> I myself discovered insight in areas of limitations for the judge. I perceive the role almost as in having to speak 2 languages. The jargon of legalize, and then a layman’s language. By spending more time with the SRL it may appear to the opposing party as ‘favouring’ that party. HMMM, all good food for thought and progress.
